Important: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful guidance, AceInterview is a tool to assist you—not a guarantee of job placement. Your success depends on many factors beyond our platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using AceInterview, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our services
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. Intellectual Property and Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, etc.). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide our services.

Our Content

All content on AceInterview (design, code, text, logos, graphics) is owned by AceInterview or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated Content

Resumes and other content generated by our AI belong to you. However, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of all information before using it in job applications.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Pricing

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Employment Guarantees

AceInterview provides tools and guidance to improve your job search. However, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment. Your success depends on many factors, including your qualifications, market conditions, and how you use our tools.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary outages or service interruptions.

AI Accuracy: While our AI is sophisticated, it may occasionally produce errors or inaccuracies. Always review and verify AI-generated content before using it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceInterview shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
  • Actions or decisions you make based on content generated by our AI

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
